It went well. Our AC was having a problem and they also gave us diagnose and gave us different options that was nice. Two gentlemen cam out were very courteous and professional. Our AC is working great! Thank you

They've done work for us in the past, I mean their work has been fine. I didn’t fine them from Angie’s List though. We have their like yearly service and then they come out and fix whatever issues.

Our AC wasn't working upstairs and I thought it was going to be very expensive to fix. They came to inspected the unit and it was just the computer board. They ordered the part and James came back out to fix it and didn't ask for payment until the job was complete. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Would use them again in the future.

About 10 years ago, I needed a new HVAC unit for my condo. Griffin provided the best price and insulated the unit so well that comments were made by other service people on the quality of work. Pierre was easy to work with when researching the new unit, and Will was always punctual with his service calls. They have a new batch of people working for the company that I haven't worked with enough to rate. Griffin comes twice a year, not only to service the unit at the condo, but also to service the unit at my new home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their service.

The service personal are very nice and polite. The office personal very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends.

They were awesome! Justin Ogle the operations manager came out with the tech! They were on time, work was completed in a timely manner, they were very professional and the price was more than fair. I will use no other company in the future for my Heating and air conditioning needs.

We have a service agreement with them. They are very willing to explain what they are doing. They were on time and very polite.

The guy was very comfortable handling it. They have enough people, confident, and easy to deal with. I like their attitude because they are related and part of another company in which they work hard together to give everything coordinated but it cost a little bit more than a regular air conditioning unit.
