Charles and Crew did an amazing Job

Like any job like this there were some issues but most were resolved. We had our master tub removed and our shower extended to create a double shower. The workmanship was excellent in the new wall construction, tile and window replacement. It looks great and we love it! We also had our floors replaced and are satisfied with work, too. One of the first projects they started on was sanding our steps to match the new floors. This created dust that settled over all the walls. We also had most of our walls and ceilings painted. All this dust created streaks and pitting in parts of the walls & ceilings as they painted over all the dust and dirt. Painting was not done with quality consistency. Moved my refrigerator recently and found only one coat was painted leaving the old paint showing through. As I pointed out issues they were "fixed" like dabbling here and there but again the quality is unsatisfactory. The painting is the only reason this contractor did not get 5 stars. My recommendation is to make sure your painting is hired out to real professionals.

Charles and his crew did an AMAZING job. We couldn't be happier with the final product or the process that got us there. Gibson Interiors was prompt, communicative, respectful of our property, attentive to detail, committed to doing the best job possible. With our new kitchen we are now the envy of the neighborhood.

Gibson Interiors did an excellent job from start to finish. It was a full gut of the original 1954 bathroom. They always communicated immediately to any questions I had. Never failed to show up to work. Will definitely use again for future projects.

We had a couple of hiccups but Charles was quick to handle whatever issue and we are so happy with the new kitchen!

Charles Gibson’s company did bathroom and kitchen remodels for me and my wife. They also redid the flooring in several rooms. These were big projects: including materials, these projects totaled around 75K. Now our house is finally finished and we couldn’t be happier! Bumps in the road always arise during projects of this magnitude, but when we hit those bumps Charles and his crew did an excellent job working with us to evaluate options and make the right decisions regarding how to move forward. On both major projects, we very much appreciated the time Charles’ crew devoted to all the little details required to properly finish a room. All things considered, we are confident that Gibson Interiors gave us the best bang for our buck available in Middle TN! If we ever need more work done, we know who to call.

It was good. One of the workers was amazing. His here on time early morning and worked so hard.

The were great they showed up everyday, professional and finished the project on time and on budget.

They were fine they did what they say their gonna do it look good the price is good and everything is fine.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Charles and his team did with our master bathroom and bedroom upgrades. They were very professional, and were always willing to answer any questions we had. I would most definitely recommend Gibson Interiors to anyone. We will be using them again in the very near future.

Their work was done on budget and within the promised timeframe. Owner was ALWAYS available for questions and updates. The work they did was far superior from all others that I have hired. I will hire Gibson Interiors for future projects. They are fabulous and you will not regret hiring Charlie and his team!
