 + -1 moreMy heating & air unit faltered while I was traveling in March. Warm days made it so my cat caretaker didn't notice, but the house must have been freezing at night. It was just a part that needed to be replaced. Don did the necessary detective work, then drove (50 mile round-trip) to get the part in the same day and install it with a flood flight. He takes a client's well-being seriously. He knows his heaing & air units, that much I can vouch for.
Description of Work: Replaced a part controlling the fan in my hear and air unit.
