 + 1 moreExcellent experience working with Toliver Construction. They paid attention to the details and did great work on the three separate tasks. Gabe provided a very detailed estimate of the work and reviewed each task. Jeremy (owner) checked on the jobs several times during the work. I have already discussed another project for next year with Jeremey and will use Toliver Construction to perform the work.
Description of Work: Toliver Constuction performed three separate tasks. The tasks included the repair of some damaged siding, rebuilt the front porch steps and rebuilts the back steps between two decks. I had a tight schedule on the siding repairs and they were able to perform the work in order to meet the start of a roof replacement project.

 + 0 moreHe did what we agreed on and completed the job to our satisfaction. We would hire him again. As a matter of fact we did get him to remodel our kitchen later and was pleased with this job too.
Description of Work: We hired him to build a garage for us. He was very professional and did a good job and was dependable. He also did what he said he would do. He also stood by his work. We have been very satisfied with the job he did.
