 + -1 moreThey installed gutter guards and replaced most of the gutters that they attached to because they said that is the only way they could guarantee it. We had several problems with drippy gutters, and they finally showed up to improve on most of them. Found out later that part of the problem is that they used too fine of a mesh on the gutter guards for a metal roof. They detached one gutter from the downspout and were to come back and add another downspout because the water is back flowing to the fascia board all the way along the gutter and dripping down the back side. They never returned, and the owner, Richard, will not return our calls. Very disappointed in this company. Now we will have to finish the job ourselves and probably repair damage to the fascia since it has been months.

Description of Work: I believe the total linear feet is around ~194 feet give or take a few feet. This is based on my manual calculations that are probably slightly off.

 + -1 moreQuestionable from the start. The job was not installed as quoted thought I was assured it would not affect the performance. The gutters have overflown, clogged and leaked since installation. Owner/service manager has been out twice to correct the problems but there has been no improvement. He also dropped off a special gutter broom to sweep out the gutters that I was assured would never need cleaning. As of yesterday, there is also a section that is leaking between the gutter and the fascia board that I will have to pay another company to correct. These gutters were installed on July 1, 2019 with a 5 year parts and labor warranty.
Description of Work: I thought I only needed leaf guard screens. Wound up with new gutters.

 + -1 moreI chose R & B because of all the great reviews they had. I called Cameron & he came out to give me an estimate. We set up an appointment to begin the work in about 3 weeks. Johnny Watts & Jamie Raulston showed up promptly on the target date, to take care of our project. Within a short time, the new gutters & downspouts were on the new building & the one on the house was replaced. Everything looks great, and done at a very reasonable price. I want to add, that Johnny, Jamie & Cameron were very professional, polite and all are a great asset to R & B!!!
Description of Work: I needed new gutters & downspouts added to a new metal building, and one new gutter, to replace a defective gutter, added to my home. They also removed two ineffective short gutters that I requested.
