Glen and his crew were great to work with. Glen gave us a timeline and stuck to it. Communication throughout was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Over the course of the summer, the water pressure had been getting worse and worse. The first plumber we had out to look at it thought it might be that we had a very dry summer. But, he also thought it might be the pump, and gave us an informal quote of $4500 to replace the pump. When Glen came out, he did everything he could to try other solutions to the issue, prior to deciding the well pump needed to be replaced. He constantly tried to do what he could to save us money. Once he decided the pump needed replaced, he talked through several possible options regarding pump size, whether or not to replace the pipe, what kind of pipe to use. Ultimately, we went with new PVC pipe and a 1 and 1/2 hp. pump. We didn't want to have to pull the pump again in the future. Glen gave a quote, and even though the job took longer than he expected (due to having to pull up 600 feet of galvanized pipe), he stood by his original quote and didn't charge us more. All of this work was done late on a Friday afternoon, finishing up about 6:30 on Friday.
Description of Work: Determine the cause of our low pressure. Once it was determined that it was a worn out well pump, replace the well pump and pipe with new pump and pipe.

Glen Smith's name and phone number were on our well cap (installed prior to us moving in). He came from a mile away and charged us an $80 service charge. He put the cap sleeve on, but we won't use them again.
Description of Work: There was a cap sleeve that was needed replacing our well.
