Description of Work: Added concrete flooring in car port added ends and roll up doors at each end Great Job fair price can't beat price and the great work he did.

+ -1 moreDan does great work. He replaced damaged parts of my deck and his workmanship was excellent. He stained the deck and we were very pleased with the end result. He is professional and very personable. The price for the entire job was so reasonable. Dan does home repairs also and we have already hired him to replace the roof over our sun room. I have several other jobs that I plan to have him do. It's nice to find someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. I plan to call Dan for any home repairs I need in the future.
Description of Work: Dan repaired, cleaned and stained my deck.

+ -1 moreHe came in to built a ramp for brother inlaw then when we saw his work, he added a large room for brother in-law, Then a walk in closet and now he's building me a repair show for my car's and lawn mowers.
Description of Work: Finished handy cap room plumping,ele,wiring everything was perfect, Still here finishing a repair shop out side nearly complete can't wait till it's done.

Description of Work: Came in to due finish work but due to new roof, some one else had installed started to leak Dan had to tear down his dry wall and restart his job again remember he had to put on the right type of roofing before, he could resume back in room which he started. So this will take a little longer but I know his work and he does it right the first time. Yes I'll pay a little more but I will not have any more problems. I will up date later when he finished.

+ -1 moreFirst thing was I asked Dan how he was mounting it to my home, I was impress on how he detailed all his work to be done and broke down everything he needed to do the job right. What was really nice was he talk in terms which I under stand he wasn't trying to talk over my head. And yes we plan on have more work done in the future..
Description of Work: This person was right on every thing promise and some extra. The deck is up to code and some, you can drive on it that how strong it's built. WOW for sure to fine some one with common sense and know how and take pride in work men ship. Put in Concrete pads,Framed Deck with 2x10,s Decking 5/4x6 pressure treated boards screw down.Railing to be 2x4 runnerswith ballast and a 2x6 cap, all pressure treated. Ramp build on 2x8 joist with 4x4 post cemented into ground for stability. Ramp wood is same a deck in style and material.
