Description of Work: The only reason I put a B by Punctuality was the day Amanda was to come out she was attacted, but she came the very next day. Can't complain with that. The service was excellent. We have a very difficult home to exterminate, lots of trees and a very woodsy area around our home. The inital fees is a one time charge thereafter the charge is $35.00 so you can't beat the price. For the first three months you can call them back if you still have a problem they will come for N/C. I talked to Gene and he will be back out to see us next week. Good people and great service. I would recommend they to anyone. Thank you Universal
