+ -1 moreMr Sandy Smith was a very understanding professional who went above and beyond his duty. I am a 100% disabled Army veteran and have multiple physical and mental issues. Mr Smith answered ALL my questions with much patience and understanding. He went everywhere in the house I was going to buy, looking at the tiniest things and making lots of notes on his computer notepad thing. He actually crawled under the house in the dirt, cobwebs and whatall - to inspect under there! He has no fear of walking on roofs either! His report was delivered the next day as he said it would be. It was very professional looking, yet easy to understand and it had pictures! Top marks all around!!!
Description of Work: Inspected a house that was going to be purchased by me.
