I remember getting your message, looking up your property and evaluating the work required to meet your project request. To verify my recollection of this contact, I have researched my Message Center and found your request in the Inbox dated April 7, 2015. The following day I replied with the attached quote for Surveying Services. I am sorry for any misunderstanding and can only assume my reply to you was lost within the Angie's List Messaging system. I will be sure to notify my account representative of the situation. Edmonson Surveying Services 4/8/2015 [member name removed], If you are needing what I will term a Lot STaking Survey where I will find/locate and stake the iron pin property corners on the ground we are looking at approximately $500 to $700. If you need these same field survey services, but also need Boundary Map, or Plat, with Property/Legal Description, I would term this a "Boundary Survey" and we would be looking at $800 to $1,000. Description of Work: I asked Kevin for a quote on a boundary survey for a property we are buying. After researching our property on line, he gave me two price options the next day and pointed out that I may already have stakes just under the ground. If I can't find them, I will definitely hire Kevin.

Description of Work: Needed corners of lot marked for a fence. I was sensitive to price so Kevin was helpful in coming up with a two tier plan given the amount of work required. I really appreciated the flexibility. Kevin was very helpful and I would strongly recommend him to others.
