Description of Work: Though Conrad is in Crossville, I was fortunate to learn that he visits Knoxville occasionally and was able to install two skylights for me here in Maryville on just such a visit. The skylights are great. Installation was fast and I've experienced no problems at all.

 + -1 moreReceived quote to supply and install three solar powered attic vent fans. Scheduling was difficult due to distance from contractor's home to my home. But it got done one evening while we were out to dinner! In other words, he is fast! I had asked for thermoswitches to be included; but he forgot them. We can live without the switches since we just had extra insulation added to the attic. He totally cleaned up after himself taking all the debris with him. That was nice.
Description of Work: First of all, there is no category for Attic Vents! Closest category seemed to be Heating & A/C. Inspected roof for placement of three solar powered attic vent fans and provided quote which seemed to be on the pricey side. I had previous experience with this work in Texas. The intent here is to suck heat out of the attic in the summertime to lower A/C expense.

 + -1 moreConrad coordinated his schedule to coincide with that of the crew that was replacing the roof on our home. He was persistent, working during the heat of the day and, on three occasions, well into the night (using a headlamp). He made sure that the skylights and shades were properly installed and working correctly. We're most pleased with the results of his work.
Description of Work: We contracted with this company to replace ten skylights in the roof of our home.
