Despite the fact it took a little longer to get done then I expected, the overall job was done well and Chris the manager was pleasant to work with and always returned my calls.

Chris came out to do some preventive maintenance on our roof and even though I couldn't be home to meet him, he sent pictures of the issues and communicated what he was doing throughout the process. I would recommend him for your roofing needs.

Was very knowlegable. Tried very hard to seal the leak, but told me roof needs replacing.

Once we had the custom-ordered shingles available, the repair was quick. The price was very competitive (paid 1/2 up front). Glad to have the roof fixed!

On 6/4/17 Chris did a thorough examination of the roof revealing only the front needed replacement. The back only needed new flashing in 2 places. Chris' assessment agreed with the insurance adjustor's. Chris was unaware of insurance involvement so I trusted his assessment. Estimated timeframe was less than 2 weeks. His full crew was present on 6/15/17 at which time no rain was forecast. As it rained, the whole crew chose to wait it out in order to complete the job on the same day, which they did. We are totally satisfied with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Acclaim or to hire them again.

RE: ROOFING Rainy season here on the Plateau caused several delays but it really wasn't that long, about a month. Once everything got "right" Chris and his crew got on site and got busy like ants at a church picnic! I don't have a large house but it does have a split roof and had siding that had to be fixed along with the basic roof job. Chris came up with a solution in no time and it looks great and will outlive me, most likely. His knowledge of the business is intimate. It is obvious he lives and breathes it. His labor crew has generally been with him for a number of years and they don't mess around. From start to finish was around 4 hrs. The crew policed up the area very well and hauled everything off. IF you need roofing done take advantage of the good weather and get in line. A good crew like this stays real busy!

I don't usually use the word "honest" when talking about a roofer... sorry guys.... but Chris is HONEST. Although we had to reschedule several times, we were finally able to "make it happen". Chris took a look at my issue; and instead of recommend the $750-$1500 "fix", he suggested a simple $150 repair "... and then let's see if you have any further issues." I hope not, but I would definitely consider going to Chris/Acclaim for any work that I needed to have done. EXCELLENT!!!

I hired Acclaim to remove two skylights and repair the roof on my mom's home. Chris and his team are professional, trustworthy and on time! Very satisfied with the results. Job well done!

Chris did the job I wanted done, and then went a step further by sealing other loose fascia that he found.

Came same day I called and fixed several items on my roof.

Initially, I must say that Chris's sales pitch was a little overwhelming with too many statements about different levels of quality about the shingles and free up-grades. I was told upfront that plywood sheeting would run $50/sheet if it was needed. When the job was completed, I was told 8 sheets of plywood was used ($400) but was not told this prior to it being installed and had no way to verify it from the discarded material. Unauthorized work was done without being approved by me which resulted in additional charges beyond the original estimate (from $5950 to $6700). Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. The roofing crew worked diligently to complete the job, but there was definitely a communication barrier when talking to them. Did not know the exact date and time the job would be done until the work crew rang my doorbell at 7 a.m. unannounced. Did not receive an in-hand estimate on-site but rather was sent a picture of the receipt by email. I would have preferred a hard copy of the contract worksheet at the time of the estimate. Just make sure to get everything in writing especially the cost for additional materials and labor beforehand. After all. when the roof is striped of all its protective covering, the consumer has no choice but to pay the price that is charged.

I would recommend Acclaim for your roofing needs. Chris was on time, knowledgeable and professional. I only had a minor repair job this time but will definitely consider him for my future roof replacement.

Chris completed my job a day early, so I could have my daughter's birthday party outdoors. Quality job. Six hours from the time the shingles were delivered till the trucks rolled away. I fully plan on using them again next year on a large detached garage.
