Chris called me almost as soon as I had requested his service online. He was on time for our appointment and immediately sized up my situation. He repaired a problem he found and we have to wait for another big rain to assure that it is corrected. All of this was done is less than 24 hours from initial contact. I will not hesitate to employ him in the future if the need arises.

Chris is very knowledgeable and able to communicate his knowledge to those of us with no knowledge. He gave short term and long term repair options listing the pro's and con's that go with each. He did a very good job.

extremely professional from the initial estimate to the completed job. tearoff and job completed in one day. Chris answered all my questions and followed thru on everything discussed. great cleanup after job was finished.

Company hires out all their work with local companies and is not involved with the work or coustomer. So it would be best to go with local company that you can actually work with. After 3 weeks, work is not done yet. Very, very unhappy coustomer. Too many promises and all talk or text message with no work. Very unreliable individual. He worked hard at getting our money and then disappeared.

Chris was fantastic! He answered all our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Billy was the PM on site and he did an amazing job! The crew was professional and worked non-stop. The clean up was GREAT! You couldn't even tell that they had been here at the end of each day! I would highly recommend Acclaim Renovations and I tell everyone what a SPECTACULAR job they did! It is nice to work with people that take pride in their work!

Chris and Billy from Acclaim Renovation sent in a profession roofing crew to fix a bad roofing job done by CRS Roofing out of Sevierville TN owner by Clayton Shipley. CRS Roofing did not finish the job... when Acclaim came to the site to do a full tear off on the 4 month old roof.... Acclaim found missing felt, short nails and missing nail, no ice and water shield, missing shingles. We did give CRS a chance to fix the problems but he could not get on the roof because of no insurance! Acclaim Renovation was very professional and we love our roof thanks to Acclaim. Stay away from CRS!

Quality job and excellent job clean up. Chris kept me advised of the timing and job status thru completion. I plan to use Chris on a couple more projects in the very near future.

Chris and crew actually replaced our roof at our church facility, they did a spectacular job...He worked with our Insurance company on this project. I would recommend his company to anyone...

The quality of work was exceptional. The workers arrived promptly as promised and completed the job ahead of schedule. Chris kept us informed of the progress and worked along with his crew to insure that the job was completed to his high standards. Chris even redesigned a section of our roof to insure that we would not have any future issues.
