Ronnie asked if we could show our home to a potential customer and said that we were in good hands like Allstate. He also said that we need to trust him before we let people view our home. Well the people viewed our home and we never heard from him again. I saved the text conversations we had.

Description of Work: We hired Tim to build our house. You do not build a home without there being issues. There were a few contractors who didn't always get it right, or do the job he specified, the weather never cooperated, and the job took twice as long as expected. However, if I built again tomorrow- I would want Tim Wyatt to be my builder. |We interviewed several builders, checked references etc. before hiring Tim Wyatt Construction. One of the people that I interviewed said, "you will not find a more honest guy than Tim." I couldn't agree more. |My husband and I built this house while living in another state. We'd arrive on weekends to check the progress and there was always something that needed changing. Tim never balked at anything- he was always willing to do or redo whatever it was that needed to be done to make us happy. Despite the changes that were made, and unforeseen issues that popped up- when it come to cost estimates- we were very close to our original budget! |We've been in our home over a year now and I love the way it turned out. We've had a few minor new home glitches that have required us to contact Tim. He has never ignored our phone calls, and always sends someone over ASAP to check out what's going on. |It's no easy feat to finish a house and the homeowner recommend you without hesitation to their friends and neighbors! We definitely recommend Tim Wyatt Construction. | |

+ -1 moreHe was wonderful. He listened to the things we wanted and gave us suggestions on how to have those things and still stay on budget. We were living out of state and did a big majority of communication through email, phone, and texting. He was willing to listen whenever we had a concern no matter the time of day. He was fair with his pricing and had great subcontractors working with him. We interviews several contractors before deciding on Tim. We were so lucky to have found him. If we decide to have any more construction done we will have Tim do it. I would not trust anyone else.
Description of Work: Tim built our retirement home. We worked closely with him from the design of the house until the finished product.

+ -1 moreCalled Mr. Wyatt about rebuilding retain wall..He came out when he said and gave me a breakdown of the cost to rebuilt it and price.I told him as soon as he could please repair or replace it..He did a replacement and did not make a big mess..If I needed a new home I would Call Mr. Wyatt and hope we could get it started !
