Stay Cool Call Frost

We were having issues with our AC not working on a Friday night and we called Josh at Stay Cool Call Frost after hours. He asked if it was an emergency & when we told him no, we had fans. He said he’d be at our house the next morning. He was there when he said he would be, diagnosed the problems, went back to town to buy the parts, came back and installed them. We were back up and running! He asked if we would text him that night to let him know we were still good, and he responded immediately. We love working with a family owned, local business! I would recommend Stay Cool Call Frost for a new install, maintenance, or repair. Josh is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about HVAC, and his prices are fair. We were prepared to pay double the amount he charged us! We will definitely call him for any future issues with our AC.

Got a fair quote, with work done on time and very neatly and professionally. Extremely courteous to my wife who had some questions, and explained the operation of our new AC/Heat pump thoroughly. Asked for a text in the evening to ensure we were happy, or he's come right out! Good old fashioned good service, which is nearly impossible to find these days.

crisis in family and could not be home to admit repair tech. He came by and reset exterior breaker which was weak and activated from outside to insure that it was working. cleaned up exterior unit. Told me to run it for a few days to insure breaker would hold. talked to him in a few days told him all was well. I thanked him profusely. His charge was $50. I paid it thankfully and gladly.

As I stated above, Mr. Frost gave us three option for repairing/replacing the HVAC unit. We chose replacing the motor. Mr. Frost had to order the motor, but had it shipped overnight, so he was able to install it the next day. The furnace is running quieter now than it did when it was new.

When we had a problem, the local company that bought out the original furnace and airconditioner company, that carries the original name, came out and told us that the furnace's heat exchanger was bad and that the new heat exchanger and bad pan would be approximately $1,800.00 to replace. But that we should buy a new furnace and airconditioner. We told them that our present airconditoner works excellent. He said we had to have a matched set. They would run between $6,000.00 and $12,000.00. We called and quot;STAY COOL CALL FROSTand quot;. Steve Frost inspected our furnace. He said it was very clean and that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HEAT EXCHANGER. Steve replaced the condensation pump, and 2 pads. He cleaned the drain pan and line, and taped the seams. He checked to make sure the furnace was working properly. He was here for over 2 hours. Total $242.00
