Great - Monte and Mandy were really professional and paid attention to every detail. Welcomed all my curious questions and explained the process as I visited to check in throughout installation. System works great as they promised it would. Got four quotes and they were not lowest, but they were the only ones to completely draw out home with windows, doors and ceiling heights to accurately determine what was needed, vs. everyone else who was just going to put in same size unit.

He does both commercial and residential. It went excellent.

He is very conscientious and capable. I trust his advice and he is fair on his pricing.

Monte was vey punctual arriving on the agreed upon date and time. This seems to be somewhat unusual for this part of the country. Monte proved to be very knowledgeable regarding my particular unit and in talking with him seemed to be familiar with most makes and models of HVAC units. He thoroughly cleaned my unit and used the latest technology to insure it was performing at maximum efficiency. He did not try to sell me anything. Monte even went out of his way to show me how I could reduce my heating and air-conditioning costs by better sealing the connections in my duct work under the house. He would have done this for me but it was so simple I told him I would do it myself after he showed me what to do. Given the amount of time and work that Monte did I felt his bill was more that fair. If I ever need additional service performed on my HVAC unit or should it need replacement you can be certain that I will call Monte.

The owner is Monty Burgess and he's a great guy. I would highly recommend him and he's very precise in his work. I am extremely happy with him. He does top quality and excellent work. I had to call him a couple of times, but it was okay. I would absolutely use him in the future.
