 + -1 moreWe gave a down payment on installing 10 replacement windows. They came and measured 3 times. One month later they installed 4 of the windows. A few weeks later they attempted to install 2 more. They got one of the old windows out and noticed the measurements were wrong . The height and width had been mixed up when ordering them . Two weeks later they installed the right ones. Two weeks after that , they installed the last 4 windows. We noticed that the side window in the living room had too much vinyl at the top . We found out that the living room window and one of the bedroom windows had gotten switched . They offered an option of taking half price off of the living room window or ordering another one. We were so tired of dealing with them , so we took the $ 250.00 deduction. Less than 2 years later , the hardware on one of the windows broke. We were told that it would take about 2 weeks to get the parts. Two months later, we went to their office to see what the problem was. We were told that he had ordered the wrong parts and would have to re-order them. He had also told us that he would get us a warranty. Six weeks later and we haven't heard anything from them.

Description of Work: I contacted them on the internet and they called me and set up an appointment. They come out and gave me an est. and I ask them to give me 2 weeks to get the house ready. After the two weeks I stopped by the office and ask someone to give the guy a message that I was ready. I waited and didn't hear from him. I then called him and still no response.

Description of Work: It took 10 weeks before we could get the bathroom done and problems with the help as to keeping them on the job so it took longer than promised. I did talk to the owner and he thanked me and reassured me that a lot of our issues have been worked on and things will be better in the future. I do feel they are a bit pricey but happy with the finished product.
