TOO expensive. I needed help with resetting my working sump pump. Quoted me 685.00 I got 3 quotes...from reputable plumbers. Same work done by certified plumber with 35 yrs experience 200.00 Think they were taking advantage of me.

Determined that the water heater element had burned out so instead of replacing the entire unit, he just replaced the defective heating element, thereby saving me another $200.00 or more.

We have just bought a new house, and we want to relocate the washer and dryer hookup. We asked Martin to come out to look at the plumbing and give us an estimate on what this would cost. I was out of town on the day he came, so only my wife was home. He looked at the plumbing and found that none of the existing lines were located where we want the hookup to go, but the only estimate he gave her was "It's a big job". When we are paying him for the call and want an estimate, I expect an estimate with a dollar amount attached. We will be contacting a different plumber to do the work.

They were recommended by Angie's List. They were very professional and I would recommend them. It took a few days for them to get here because they had a big commercial job but they got to us when they said they would.

They provide emergency service which is also very important since they helped us in this emergency. I had no complaints and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they did it properly.

They are good. We have a business, and we use them for our business needs. We use them in home, when we needed it. They do a good job. We don't have to call them back again to redo it. They do it right the first time. They are a little higher in some places; but they do a better job.

Overall, the experience was good. Excellent service. The technicians were punctual, completed the work, then cleaned up afterwards.
