Everything went as planned and promised. Even followed up to make sure all was OK.

The hardwood would have been an A and the kitchen cabinets would be a C and the appliance would be and B. The person doing the instillation on the cabinets wasn’t as good and precise and the person who did the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors installer was perfect. The cabinet that was ordered was fine, it’s just the skill level of the installer wasn’t up to an A or B grade.

The purchase was easy, the sales clerk knowledgeable and helpful, he pointed out the positive and negative aspects of the various models I was considering, and helped me buy one that I am very happy with. The install crew was professional and helpful. I have no complaints at all.

Two years ago, I placed some cast concrete landscape blocks at the edge of a plant bed. I made several trips hauling these blocks in my van. They look so good that I decided to place them along a long plant bed at he rear of the house. I picked out two colors to add variety. I needed a large amount of blocks. Lowes delivered a pallet of these blocks and placed them in the drive way. The delivery charge was less than $50 and worth the cost. I hired local landscapers to place the blocks along the plant bed.

I could not have been any happier with the service. Delivery and installation went off exactly as promised. They kept me very informed so that there were no surprises. I was very, very pleased.

The knowledge was fantastic. This is a project that I will be executing but based on information gathered at the Lowes site.

It went fine and we've had no problems. Lowe's has a good 'satisfaction guaranteed' policy.

The men were professional and the product was top of the line. Excellence work and the floor looks great.

We have been shopping with them for years. We have purchased a whole bunch of things recently from them. Everything was fine, except last week with the garage door order. The experience didn't go well and we canceled the order. It did not go well. They weren't following through what needed to do and delivering on the product. The appliance department has been great. The salesman had been great. The price was comparable.

Service provider was efficient and courteous. A very pleasant conclusion to a dismal water heater failure experience.

I didn't use them because their pricing was not good and they brought a subcontractor in who quickly went through my house and told me he knew my neighbor and did her windows and the he would do a good job for me too which was kind of the jest of it. I decided instead to use a guy that I got off of Angie's List who did a fantastic job. With Lowe's their punctuality was poor and their scheduling was poor and then when the man does show up he doesn't have the quality. He was just saying all replacement windows are the same which is not the truth and was basically sell me windows based upon what he done for my neighbor. The problem is they don't work for Lowe's and are a subcontractor for Lowe's and are out there installing a Lowe's product. I spent a lot of money this past summer and actually bought every door in my house from Lowe's and I put in two myself with my father-in-law who is a contractor and the only door I had them put in was a front door and I had a problem with it. They have good products, but it's just they have a sorry service. He never really gave us a price and told us they'll give us a good deal and that it was going to be about $250 a window and that they could do it for $3000 or $4000. My wife was so frustrated and they weren't full of ideas to help us. For example, I have a huge picture window in another part of my house and the other company we used said that they could put back what's there but something else would look better and came up with a design for both my house and my neighbor's house where he put in three beautiful double hung windows. You clean them from the inside with screens and everybody now comes to the front of our house and says they are so gorgeous and that says a lot.

I liked their promptness. They said they would be here at certain time and they were here when they said. They were very friendly.

it went well, we just couldnot afford the amount of fencing we needed at this time.

Over all it was a good experiance, just had that one problem.

The replacement windows began as scheduled and was done promptly. The contractor showed up when scheduled and also cleaned up as needed. They had a few problems when it came to rehanging the windows I had chosen, but he was able to work this out and the windows have been great. I have seen a reduction in my electric bill this year. Overall a great experience.
