+ -1 moreIan subcontracted all the plumbing and electrical work. He had a foreman there the whole time for 8 months supervising the entire project. They went just about two weeks past the estimated time frame that they first gave me. I was still very happy with the end result. I was there the whole time while they were building my home and they were willing to fix anything right away that I wasn't happy with.
Description of Work: Ian and his subcontractors built my entire 4,200 square foot home from the ground up. They installed all of the appliances and carpeting in my bonus room as well. I have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I also have 3 wooden porches. They painted the entire home inside and outside with Porter paint.
