 + -1 moreContacted Bill on Thursday late morning. He said he would be in our area and would stop by. He was a no show and no call. I had to call him and rescheduled for Friday morning. Again, no show and no call. I had to call him again. Two no shows and no calls = no business.

 + -1 moreHis men were very messy and threw their cigarette butts all over the yard. One idiot threw a lit cig. butt off the roof and It made a hole in our Hot Tub Cover. Mr. Knight promised to repair it. He never did. I wrote e-mails to them and called them and he wouldn't answer back. One time I talked to his wife on the phone. She was a real *****.
Description of Work: Our Association hired them to re roof all the houses in our sub division. Ours was done July 2016.

 + -1 moreCalled Tuesday afternoon and they said they had crews in my area and someone would be by Wednesday morning by 10:30. About 10:15 Bill Knight, the company owner, showed at my door, went up on my roof, corrected the problem in about 20 minutes,charged me $40 and was on his way. Definitely first on my list if I need more roof work. Hopefully this review will bump him up into the "A" category over the other companies that either didn't return my phone call or basically told me they would take care of it if they happened to have someone in my neighborhood.
Description of Work: Had a few shingles that had lifted up. Relatively new roof - 10 years old.

Description of Work: paid half up front and got the ok to go ahead with replacing the roof (hoa needs to okay home improvement projects),but the roofer still hasn't started on it! if i could get a refund from the company, i would hire someone else.

Description of Work: "This was the second job provided by Bill Knight of Knight Roofing. The first was for a metal roof, siding and a wrap around deck. This time only a shingle roof was needed. In both instances their work was excellent. I highly recommend them."

 + -1 moreHis employees are well trained and courteous, really hard working and worked long days. Bill visited several times a day to be sure job was on time and kept us informed. Completed on time and done as explained. Every thing was cleaned up, all scrap removed. Except for new roof would never know they had been here. Bill Knight and his employees all contribute to make this first class roofing company. .
Description of Work: Made appointment showed up on time. We needed complete reroofing on 30 year 2 story house and new plywood on some soffit rotten areas. We provided the materials, at our request did not want the original roof removed . Bill check the roof pointed out and showed us some problem areas that needed corrected plus explained what needed to be done to ensure the roof would last and be in good order. As we are not roofers we appreciated his advice and explaining how it had to be corrected. Bill scheduled the job and his men showed up on time, were very professional and worked long days. . Having 2 houses any roofing problems in future say from storms etc would call Bill Knight Roofing as know can trust his advice and his cost of doing the job will be explained for what has to be done.

 + 1 moreThey did a great job. When I call, they answer and the communication has been very good throughout the whole process. Any problems or delays we ran in to were handled well. I feel like I got my money's worth; it was a reasonable price for what they did. They did a lot of little extra stuff for me, too. I like them personally and they were nice people to deal with (it's a family operation).
Description of Work: Knight Roofing put on a metal roof ($4700), installed new siding, and tore off old deck and put up a new deck ($13000) at my cabin. They did the roof first and then we made arrangements for the rest because I liked them so well.
