+ -1 moreVolenteer Electric inspector failed the installation, one 20 foot knee wall was not properly insulated with foam board, and existing ductwork was to be wrapped with 3/4 inch aluminum backed insulation to bring it up to existing code. Installer came back and re-taped knee wall but did not wrap any ductwork. Volenteer Electric Inspector failed the insulation job a second time. Three or four calls to installer were never answered.
Description of Work: We asked for a bid for insulation equal to an R38 added to out attic. Contract stated in contract "bring existing insulation up to R38" (so the amount added was about R19 when we asked for an additional R38).
