+ -1 moreWe were in Va and processing the sale of our home while making this purchase in TN. Ms. Knight got the info we needed to the processor in time for all the closing to complete on time. Lots of internet & calls exchanged in which she was prompt and always polite.
Description of Work: Showed houses & showed inside info of Crossville. Helped us line up for closure process. Knew the area well & help keep us in the neighborhood we were intereseted in. Very active in local events and easy to contact for info and referrals.

+ -1 moreGina found us a house on a short sale where most of the paperwork had been done, but, buyer couldn"t come up with a down payment. We waited 2 weeks to close. That fast.
Description of Work: Not only did she find the house we wanted in the tight time frame, she went above and beyond. When we moved here from Las Vegas, we left that area with a plan to use extended stay in a motel in Crossville. This was to be arranged by our daughter-in-law. Unfortunely, there are no extended stay hotels in Crossville. Gina went out of her way to find us a place to stay at a wonderful place for two months. A sweet older woman that allowed us to stay cheaply and also fed us. Bonus!!! She worked hard to find us the right place even going back to expired listings to try and find the house we wanted. I believe Gina knows the area and most of the residents in and around town. If we have questions, even now, we call her and if she doesn't know she will get back to us quickly. Highly reccommend her to anyone.
