Description of Work: I purchased carpet for my mothers house and Crossville wholesale carpet told me they had a special promotion FREE installation with the purchase of carpet and padding When the carpet was ordered the carpet and padding was paid in full I purchased carpet and padding from Crossville Wholesale Carpet and was told they had a special promotion that included FREE installation with purchase After the job was completed I was informed that I owed almost 400.00 dollars for labor I asked for explanation on the extra labor charges since I had done all the work preparing the room ready for the installer I never received a explanation on these charges It appears the carpet store manipulated the charges in order to collect more money

Description of Work: Sales staff was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. We had a minor hiccup with some of the material, but the team went out of their way to fix the issue and made it right. The installation team was professional, conscientious and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Excellent work replacing carpet in one bathroom with vinyl and replacing carpet/vinyl in another bathroom/dressing area with vinyl. Only concern was that they removed doors to both bathrooms at the same time although only working in one at any given time and I could not properly lock the door to the bedroom where the master bathroom was located due to the extension cord they had on the floor between the living room and that room. Naturally, the closed door didn't suggest to them that they should knock or call out to ask if it was okay to come in - even after being told to leave one bathroom available to me at all times! The helper was the one who barged into the bedroom and I don't know how long he was there. No excuse, men!
