Description of Work: Kate our sales person was extremely helpful. The service was performed in a very professional and timely manner. In removing our carpet to install the hardwood floor in our living room, we discovered that there was already hardwood under the carpet. They were very gracious in giving us credit for the unopened boxes of hardwood we did not use. We would recommend them and will use them again should we need other flooring.

Description of Work: My friend that works at Lowes wanted to check the price here, knowing he could get a 10% discount for being an employee. We walked into one of the stores they have in town wearing cut off shorts and tank tops. I am getting ready to redo my floor in the living room, dining room and possibly kitchen. I was prepared to spend between five or six thousand dollars to take care of the first two rooms. We walked into the store and were not acknowledged, even though we were noticed by employees. We spent more than twenty minutes in the store looking at tile, hardwood and laminate while two employees(one with a customer, the other on a computer)completely ignored us. I don't know how their price's are because I was ignored. I really don't care if I could have saved money by using them, I'm not willing to spend my money at a business that was uninterested it.

+ 0 moreI picked up wood samples from the showroom and tried them in our home. It took 3 weeks to order the material and get in the scheduling queue. We were very happy with the whole process
Description of Work: They provided and installed hardwood flooring in our 22 x29 great room , foyer and hall. They took out the carpet and pad, installed the wood, and put up shoe trim in two days, in and out.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic and did a great job. They were in the house all day, everyday and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way. They were very professional. I felt that the price was very reasonable. He put a lot of time, thinking and energy when doing my fire place. He did a great job. If I still lived there, I would use them for everything I could.

+ -1 moreI purchased 594 sq feet of 3/4and quot;thick X3 1/4and quot; wide oak hardwood flooring and had it installed. The flooring has a manufacture warranty of 15 years and the intaller had an installation warranty of 1 year. The pricing I received was excellent. The installation was excellent and done in a professional and timely matter.There was one board however that showed up towards the end of 2011 that was very apparent as a factory fault. Close inspection of a tear in this board from catching my house slipper, showed an end that was paper thin and started the tear.After over 2 months of either no returns to my calls and/or numerous excuses. They told me the board went bad due to humidity and they would have to charge for the repair, not honoring the warranty. I checked the humidity and it was fine. This tear was very obviously a factory default.I finally cleaned out from under the tear and glued it down permanently with loctite 454. I then found a combination of filler and stain to patch around the remainder of the tear. I then added 8 coats of eurothan. It is now almost impossible to see where my work is, that I should not have had to have done myself.Watch out, this company will come up with numerous excuses not to honor a warranty.
