Description of Work: Ordered a garage door after visiting their office on Fredonia and speaking with Velma, the office manager. She provided brochures, and color samples and I looked at the doors that were on display there. Velma answered all of my questions and then I went off to decide which door style, colors, and window options to use. When I went back to place my order, I also spoke with Les, the owner, who helped to ensure that my door choices and options met my needs by answering my additional questions. It took two weeks for the doors to arrive, as expected. I chose the sandstone with opaque windows. They were trying to contact me to set up a Friday install date, but I was not at home and missed their call. So, they set it up for the following Monday. They had an emergency door situation that prevented them from arriving until 11 a.m. and that was not a problem, as they called first thing that morning to let me know of the approximate time of the delay. The important thing was that they called to let me know - communication is everything! The new garage door is gorgeous and operates smoothly and quietly. The garage door is insulated between two metal sheets and is of much better quality than what was up there.

Description of Work: My garage door stopped working last week. Cables to lift door snapped. Called Crossville Door Co. late in the afternoon and they stated they would be there at 7:30AM the following morning. At exactly 7:30AM they rang my door bell. They looked over the problem and decided that a new spring "dodad" was required and would have to come back the following day with necessary equipment. Again they arrived at exactly 7:30AM the following day. Installed the new equipment, greased all the wheels, adjusted the garage door opener, and left at 8:15AM. The men were professional and courtesy. Would definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: We had called out two other companies because our remote garage door openers were very unreliable. Neither company's repairs were successful for more than a few days. We then called upon Crossville Door - they came out and attempted to correct the problem but again the correction lasted about a week. They returned at no extra cost and corrected the problem permanently and we just paid for the parts.

Description of Work: My garage door was tearing itself apart. I called Crossville door and they responded within 90 minutes, fixed the problem and drove away. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes, no small talk, just business. Very professional and We're VERY satisfied.
