+ -1 moreRick Crabtree arrived on time and performed an electrical test which revealed both capacitors were dead. He had to go into town (15 miles) to pick up the parts and returned around 1 hour later when he replaced the parts. He was very professional and courteous. We had used him before and were very happy with his price and this time the cost was equally as low.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 capacitors which prevented the heat pump compressor from starting. We had no cool air flow.

+ -1 moreThe process took approx 2.5 hours. The 2 men were very efficient and professional. During the installation I asked quite a few questions mostly out of curiosity. Rick and Scott were very knowledgeable. I really liked their friendly yet professional style. Having delt with 3 other companies regarding other heat pump problems I finally found one I consider the best. There were no negatives to this experienceI
Description of Work: He quickly diagnosed the problem as a shorted (bad) compressor in the heat pump. They ordered a new one which took 2 days and we had 2 days of very bad ice and snow so it took 4 days including the installation day to replace the compressor.
