Description of Work: They painted the interior of our home. The quality of work was good, but they were not dependable about dates and getting done in a timely matter. It stretched on for longer than we planned.

Description of Work: NEVER RESPONDED TO US FOR SERVICES.ALSO TRIED TO CALL THIS BUSINESS OURSELVES AND LEFT MESSAGE BUT AGAIN, GOT NO RESPONSE.

Description of Work: I called Dewey and asked for a quote on doing some interior painting for us. He replied that he had another quote to do not far from us and he would like to get do them both on the same day and since it was raining he would try to do them that afternoon or the next morning. I told him to simply give me a call when he was ready to come by and I would be sure to be here. Just like an earlier reviewer, he never called back. It's been over a week now and I have not heard from him at all. To say the least, I would not recommend him to anyone and I have gotten someone else to do the work.

Description of Work: On March 26, 2014 I became a new member to Angie's list. I am in need of my deck being power washed and sealed, I looked at several companies in my area I decided I would contact the brush and bucket for estimate they are located very close to where I live within a mile. I called around 4 PM and received a voicemail stating that they would return my call as soon as possible. So I waited around for the call which never came. So on the morning of March 27 at about 9:30 AM I called and talked to a person I told him that I needed my deck power washed and sealed. He stated that he was backed up them all the wet weather from last year and he could possibly get to me in June I told him that would be fine but I still needed to have them stop by and give me an estimate on the cost he relayed to me that he was on his way to get paint at the paint store but he would return my call as soon as possible I ask if he had my phone number and he stated yes it was in this phone underneath the caller ID well I waited all day thinking that he was going to call. The reviews that I read were all A's, but for me I may be a little fashion but I expect people to show common courtesy by returning telephone calls in a timely manner or just flat out telling you they're too busy and don't want your business. So what's important to you evidently is not important to the bucket in brush .

Description of Work: Our house is cedar siding stained a cream color. It needed re-staining badly. I had re-stained all that I could without climbing a tall ladder. Our house is on a slope so two sides and the back are two stories high, Dewey came out the day that I called and gave me a very fair estimate. The job was held up because of wet weather for a week or so, but as soon as things dried out they came and started the painting. It not only involved the sides and the back of the house but also the siding on the chimney which protrudes through the roof as well as a different color trim around the edge of the roof. They first hammered all protruding nails flush, then fixed a woodpecker hole and filled seams with caulk. Then they sprayed the stain on and back-brushed it into the pores of the wood.
