Bob was hard to reach, would only come to the site after repeated calls. He was asked to sign a contract and never did. The basement was built but was never measured correctly so now the addition was 5 inches shorter that was needed. When there was questions or issue that my wife would ask, Bob told her that he needed to talk to me first. There was questions as to were placement of stairs and a storm room would go and the only response we got was that "We will figure it out". We would have a week of great weather but would never see or hear from him or his subcontractors. We would call and ask why they were not working and we would get a sarcastic responce. Most of the subcontractors did great work, but Bob was unable/incapable of managing simple task. Building supply were either late or not here when needed. After finishing the basement he called and left a voicemail saying that he quit. Now we are left with a open basement and no idea where to go from here. We have tried calling him just to have a simple chat but our calls go strait to voicemail. We have even emailed him asking for a subcontractors number so we can atleast have the waterproofing finished, but as of yet, he has not reponed. Stay clear by all means find someone else, save yourself the headache, time, and money!!!
Description of Work: We were adding an addition on to our existing home, which would include a basement.
