Description of Work: heat & air. using multiple cold air returns. I didn't want the southern one giant cold air return grill. And could not find anyone else who could do the installation the way I wanted. Mike worked around other subcontractors mess ups with out complaint. I latterly could not find another who would do the installation because it was not what they were use to. He saved me from insanity.
