Description of Work: Jim is very knowledgable regarding computers and he spent a long time unravelling wires, cords and various other things which had become disconnected under my desk. It looked like a rat's nest under there. He also gave me some good tips on what to do and what not to do like pulling on the the wires! I am getting him back within the next couple of weeks to do more computer work for me . He is very professional, prompt and polite. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Jim came back for his final visit on 7-18-2011 and did some rewiring (time consuming job) and some finish work making things much easier for me at my desk. Jim is certainly someone I would recommend for computer services. He shows up when he says he would, works until he is finished, and cleans up the area when finished. I wish all servicemen doing repairs had his professionalism. He is a very nice, polite gentleman and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. Kathleen Wheeler

 + -1 moreThere is virtually no aspect of consumer electronics that Jim Grimes cannot handle and handle well. He is especially knowledgeable about PC's and can diagnose and repair them quickly and efficiently. He has performed far too many jobs for me to enumerate them all. I can attest that no matter what the problem he can solve it.
Description of Work: Over a year-long period I have turned over virtually every problem I have encountered with my two desktop PC's to Jim Grimes. In addition, Jim has conducted for me the proper installation of two large LCD high-def TV sets and a HD DVD player.
