Jon was very friendly and professional and provided the most detailed home inspection I have ever seen. During the inspection he explained everything he was doing and provided detailed descriptions of any issues and what the outcome might be if they went unaddresed. The complete inspection took about 4 hours and within a few hours of the inspection completion he had e-mailed me a 34 page report with pictures and descriptions of the everything from the smallest issues to a 2 page summary of the larger issues of which he recommended additional expert advice of a licensed specialist to further evaluate the issue. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and believe this service was well worth the price and then some. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone who might consider this type of service.
Description of Work: Provided a complete and very thorough home inspection from top to bottom, inside and out, including detatched garage and property slopes.

Did a thorough inspection of a home that we were purchasing. I was not able to attend that inspection, but, my sister-in-law did and told me that the inspector did a GREAT job. The report provided reflected the completeness of the inspection.
