Description of Work: I hired Landlord's Helper to do several odd jobs around in my house in preparation for listing it for sale. The work they did was acceptable, but it wasn't worth what they charged me. And, they promised to provide me a final invoice detailing the work they completed, but even after two follow-up requests from me, they did not provide it.

Description of Work: I modified my original list to be more simple, b/c only 1 technician showed up. I'd taken off work that day, so needed to make the most of it. He worked 7 hours, including 2 trips for supplies, & promised to return to replace a deck board when in the area w/ a trailer (said would be soon). Although initial contact before the job was timely, he has not returned nor contacted since leaving that day.

Description of Work: The last time I used them they replaced rotten window trim in shower, replaced a ceiling light, installed a bathroom wall cabinet, and removed a satellite dish. Work performed was done well, but my oversight was a must to assure it was done the way I wanted/needed. I had used this company several times at different properties and had always been pleased overall with Will's handyman work and cost. But they went downhill fast in their professionalism and the interaction with the office staff was not good. The worst incident was that I was speaking to Claudia on the phone about my upcoming appointment and, with no warning at all, someone else had taken her place on the phone in the middle of our conversation. Very rude. Then they bumped me on the day we scheduled for another job with last-minute notice. I had lost all confidence that Will would be prepared with everything he needed for all the various jobs, which proved true, based on the scattered mannerisms and lack of knowledge of the office staff that I communicated with prior to the job. I did all the work to figure out the best way to approach a job and materials needed--they were not helpful in that way. Their guidance would have had me overspending greatly on materials and they weren't helpful. So overall my assessment is that Will does good work when supervised, but I will no longer use them due to the lack of professionalism and my bad experience with the office staff.

Description of Work: Getting this coupon from Angies List was a mistake. It said I had 1 year to use this coupon from the date of purchase. I waited for few things to add up so I would use the services in one trip. Finally when I called to get the service, the person who showed up was making it sound like he was doing me a big favor just by showing up. He actually did nothing much, anything I had ask to do, for e.g tighten hinges, door knobs he said to replace it all! Also he wante dto charge me for a trip charge if he had to come back again (incase if I hadnt use all 3 hours). It was just dissapointing. I will not get coupons for any services, ever. Waste of money. Plus the fine print, they wont work outside, they wont do a paint job etc etc etc. A total waste of my time & money. And lastly, pl dont contact me to say we can make it better. No, you cant.

Description of Work: Services were not performed, have been unable to reach the company, my messages were not responded to, have not received call-backs.

Description of Work: They took care of everything we needed in a timely manner and kept all units both commercial and residential rented, they collected the rent and made deposits . They took care of the all yard work, including, snow removal, appliance repair, laid carpet, tile & lenolium, painted & cleaned inside as well as outside.

Description of Work: The vendor constructed a small retaining wall and deck in the rear of my home. I am pleased with the finished product. They were prompt, professional, and reasonable as to their fees when compared to other quotes I obtained for the project. I have also used the company for small jobs such as a minor roof repair with very good results. I plan to use them for other services in the future.
