+ -1 moreHere's the point: when you call this company, you get a answering machine. Ok. No front office help. Smaller organizations go this route . .but . . . two days after leaving a message on that machine, there is no return phone call? Not acceptable.

+ -1 moreAn electrician friend recommended GPS. Can't say enough good about GPS. Professional, great service, very fair price, yet less expensive than some of the bigger ones. Gave me some ideas to save money. Will call them in the future when we need service.

They went above and beyond by showing me pictures of the work done, checking out extra things I asked about, covering their shoes when entering the house...their number is in my contacts because I will definitely be calling them for any heating or air conditioning service/repairs.

+ -1 morethis company is professional, punctual, and affordable. They do high quality work. They stay in touch with you. And they show up on time. They cleaned up all of their mess. Tested everything to make sure that it was functioning properly and offered ti come back if it wasn't, but that has not been an issue.
Description of Work: replaced my downsraits air conditioner. It was a 5 ton 14 seer Reem product. He has also replaced my heating and air conditioner in my upstairs as well on a different date

+ -1 moreOne of the things that matters to me is good communication. If you are going to be late or this is some problem - call me! James Donnell stayed in touch with me the whole time - told me when he would be arriving and doing the work, called when he thought he might be a little late and let me know how things were going. He gave me several choices of units to choose from and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He did a good job at helping me to get to the right unit and did a great job of installing it. It went very smoothly and easily.
Description of Work: I was first introduced to James Donnell and GPS when a home warranty company sent him to our house to diagnose a problem we were having with a rather old heat pump. Two other technicians had looked at the unit and neither could find the problem. James did. I was impressed enough with his knowledge and personality that when it came time to buy a new unit - I asked James to give me a bid. he showed up on time, gave me a great price - and was available to install it that weekend.I hired him to install the new unit and he and his crew did a great job! They were there on time - worked hard - explained everything, cleaned up even programmed my thermostat Unit works great and I'm very pleased with the work. I would highly reccomend James and GPS to anyone needing a tough problem diagnosed, general maintenance on a unit or a new unit installed. Good bunch of people.
