As usual, everything we well. I have used Fowler Tree Service for many years to remove trees as well as trim other trees. Ronnie, and his wife, Barbara, are delightful people to know. Every time I need an estimate, they promptly come to give me one. It is easy to schedule to have the work done, and since they have to work around rain, sometimes we have to reschedule. I always get a phone call when this happens, and they quickly reschedule. This time, I had to have a huge pine tree removed. They had to work around a fence and a brick retaining wall which made the job more difficult. Ronnie has been in the tree business for 52 years, and has a great group of men who work for him. He stays on every job and supervises every detail. The cleanup is perfect. Because a stump grinder couldn't get behind the retaining wall, they cut the stump even with the ground. My back yard is terraced with brick walls and steps, so he put down plywood so as not to do damage when removing the trunk pieces. One piece of the trunk accidentally chipped off two of my bricks, so Ronnie is coming back to repair them. I had no reservations about paying him when he left because I know he will come right back to make the repairs. He has demonstrated time and time again that he is a man of his word, which is hard to find in this day and time. He also thinned my crepe myrtle. He knows what needed to be done when thinning trees, and I trust his judgement.

Mr. Fowler and his team are incredible. They showed up around 8:30 and were done with all three trees around noon. There was almost no trace that they were even there except for the sawdust left to fill the holes where the stumps were ground. This is pretty amazing, since they did this on the tail of several days of rain and the yard was wet. Apparently they put plywood down on the lawn to drive their equipment on. One of these trees was right next to a power line. The other leaned over the neighbors driveway, and the third was inside a fenced in area and leaning over the house. They just did an incredible job.

They were a great company to work with from the beginning to the end. Everyone was very nice and they even noticed that the reason the tree had died was because lightning had struck it. Then my insurance had to cover half of it which I thought was great. It is a family owned business and they all are very knowledgeable and friendly.
