Not good at all they did get in going in a week called me back and said they had it ready so I went to pick it up. I got it home and turned it on and everything seemed to work as planned left it on about an hour and it quit working again. Was a little irritated it wasn't working but stuff happens so I took it back the next day since I knew I had a 30 day guantee they were nice about the situation and agreed without hesitation to fix it. Here's where it got bad I never got a phone call back so within a week I checked back they said they had been real busy and they would get to it as soon as the can no big deal. From that time I wait 2 weeks then go back they said they had parts ordered and on their way but due to the 4th of July delI very was taking a while I agreed and left again. Never got a call back went back in a month. They continued to say it was delivery and that they were doing the best they can and now I'm aggrivated for one it should have been working the day I got it now it's taking 2 months to get it fixed? I keep my cool and walk out. Month goes by again still nothing check in again still waiting on delivery they claim accuse uses for being slow real professionals I think at this point I just walk out I'm so fed up. It's now Jan of 2016 I took the tv in the second time after it went out on me on June.28,2015. I'm aggrivated knowing they took advantage of me and hope know one gets screwed like I have extremely unprofessional and lousy work that they do.

The television in question was repaired and yes it came back in. It came in on 6/15/15 and was repaired on 6/20/15 and as customer stated brought back on 6/28/15. The technician that had worked on it did get back into it and said one of the parts had gone back out. At this point he contacted the distributor and we shipped the part back for replacement. I apologize for the time that it has taken, but honestly I did not realize that the technician did not follow up on this repair. Since learning of this the technician has been let go from the company and we have another technician checking into this matter and hope to have this cleared up as soon as possible. I can understand the customer’s frustration and I truly apologize for the time.

I carried my lcd television in on January 8, 2015. The technician checked my set and called me with an est. on January 10th. I approved the repair and parts were ordered. They called me on January 21st to let me know it was ready.
