 + -1 morePerfect ! Had service calls on old unit. Very friendly to help arrange service time. They arrived in 2 hours. Repaired on the spot, had the parts needed. After a few service calls decided it has time to replace. The next day Kevin came to house and quoted unit. Installed in one week later. I would highly recommend Harbin Heating and Air. Very honest! Do what they say. All the employees are excellent!

 + -1 moreI would rate them absolutely excellent. For responsiveness,I would say, probably A prior to this last. There's been some delay in getting the bid back. So right now, they're kind of running at a B, but we're continuing to follow-up with them.

 + -1 moreI've had nothing but good experience with them. They're really prompt and friendly. Their prices are good. It seems like they go out of their way to help me. I didn't spend anything today because that was included in the installation. Their price is good. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Harbin Heating & Ac Inc actually came out today to follow up on their installation. It was installed I think in the last week of October of 2011. So they wanted to make sure that everything was good for the summer with regard to the central air.

 + -1 moreI have been around construction and had my own house built in the past and this company is excellent.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for a new furnace and central airconditioning unit. Mr Harbin called and made an appointment for the next day. He (Mr. Harbin) was on time and went over everything that needed to be fixed or replaced. Mr. Harbin was more knowable than the other heating companies I had called. He told me what he would do if it were his home and gave several options and prices of differant units. They also did the paperwork for financing. My furnace and air conditioning unit was installed within a few days of the time he gave me the estimate.
