Jim at sunshine pools did a wonderful job on our inground pool. I highly recommend them. He went beyond are expectations. We have a septic tank and Jim handled all the codes for us. He was up front and honest about the whole process. He answered all my questions I asked and I will be using him again to do more concrete work

We hired this company and unfortunately with the rainy weather, it took months to build our retaining wall, pool, waterfall and add a slide. The communication is not the best and we had to follow up with him a few times, but the end result is amazing. Our pool wasn't completed until towards the end of July, but we have enjoyed it and I love looking at the waterfall. Now that we've been able to enjoy the pool for a few months, I can honestly say that I would hire this company again, because I love the end result.

We hired Sunshine Pools to replace our pool tile and repair the coping. They did a quality job at a reasonable price, I would recommend them to others.

I hired this individual to close my pool. I called several weeks in advance because I needed it completed before a family trip. He told me I was the first this fall to call for closing service. I asked if he could complete it within 10 day window (Sept 20 -30). He said he could and I agreed to hire him. I called on the 16th and asked if he could get to me as early as possible in that 10 window since my pump had failed and I wasn't going to replace it until spring. He said he'd be there on Tues Sept 20th. Didn't show up didn't call. I called on him Wed 21st. he said he was on a job and had hit rock which delayed his schedule. He said he'd definitely be there Thursday. I told him I completely understood and said that would be fine. Thursday about noon I hadn't heard from him so I called. He said he'd be there Thursday after 4. Friday morning still hadn't heard from him. I called several times and got voice mail. Never returned my calls. Friday about 2 PM I called and left a "don't bother to call or come out" message. I have no idea what kind of work this man does. It may be fabulous. But his communication and scheduling skills suck big time.

We found Sunshine Pools through Home Advisor, and had an excellent experience. We have already recommended them to family and friends. Jim and his crew were great to work with. They were attentive to detail with very good communication. They were also willing to customize the pool. We asked for a larger tanning ledge and integrated steps, and it looks beautiful. Some other compaines that we met with were not able to accomodate custom requests. We are VERY happy with our decision to use Jim and Sunshine Pools.
