Very easy to work with. John came out and looked at my electrical panel and sent me an estimate. Once I accepted the bid he took care of everything with NES scheduling and let me know the day the work would occur. I left for work on that day after letting them in to start and came home and everything was finished and cleaned and looked very good.

Excellent communication, did exactly what was expected. Done quick and correctly.

They had to send two installers for a one man job.(its in the fine print) That is how they get out of giving you two true hours worth of work. Becuase I had two projects to do and really only one hour they said they would give me an estimate on the other project. Never got a call back with the estimate even though the guy told me it was a pretty easy one to do.

They installed a strip of plugs to be used by the workbench, replaced a 4 foot light with an 8 foot light, and put in a plug for our freezer. Everything was done just like wanted.

Quality of work was great. My service date was the day after Christmas 12/26/13. They were an hour late but when I called the office my call was returned promptly to let me know when to expect them.

They did excellent work completing it in one day. They cleaned up after they completed the work. The lights were installed exactly as we had discussed. I couldn't be more pleased.

I need two ceiling fans installed and purchased a Big Deal coupon for $99 for two hours of electrical service. When I called the owner explained that it would be two technical for one hour each. He also gave me good information about what to expect and how the job would be handled. They arrived on time and got both fans up and left the boxes and fans that they replaced neatly organized. I would use this company again without hesitation.

The electricans {2} arrived 10 minutes early. The job was explained {removal of old ceiling fan and installation of a new ceiling fan with light]. The began immediately to remove the old fan which was accomplished quickly and install the new fan and light with in an hour of their arrival time. The old fan was boxed up and the room was picked up and they departed.

After a great experi3ence with Copper Creek Electric. I recommended them to my daughter. She made the appointment and I met John(Copper Creek owner) at the scheduled time. After explaining the problem she was having, John researched and had determined and repaired the problem within 15 min. I would recommend Copper Creek for any electrical work needed.

Good as could be. I called him Friday, he said he would call us Saturday noon. He thought he would be able to do the work Saturday. He called, came, tested the breaker, determined it needed to be replaced, and replaced it. After he said cost for service call is $50, I said we had feared water had come in and caused a problem. He checked the seal at the top of electric meter, replaced the caulking.

John was punctual, pleasant, professional and helpful.

They were very professional and punctual , it overall was a very pleasant experience. The cost was reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

Service provider showed up at the earlier end of the time window provided. He had to leave to get correct parts (which I appreciated vs 'making it work' w/ materials on hand). The work was done quickly and the work area was left nice & neat. A very positive experience.

The service technicians were scheduled to arrive at 1:00 p.m. They arrived early and immediately went to work to solve my problem. They began testing areas and looking for the problem. Once the problem was located they quickly repaired the connections, cleaned up any debris and were very professional from beginning to end.

John also called me to follow up and update me on his call with the supervisor. He did not charge me for the visit saying he did not do any work. I highly recommend John based on my experience and will call Copper Creek Electric for any future needs.

I had electrical problems with a closet, bathroom outlets and outside outlet. I called wanting a basic inspection and repair because the house is 30 years old. I was offered same day appointment, but asked for and was given next day appointment. His team was on time and did inspection, replacing light switch for closet and replacing a GFCI breaker for bathroom and exterior outlets. Total time was under two hours and the crew was very professional. I have to give the team credit for dealing with my housemate, who I had to wake up (she stayed home sick from work) so they could access panel in her room. Waking her up sent her ADHD into high mode and she inserted herself into the situation. Not once did this appear to phase the crew. My apologies to the crew for having to deal with that and my thanks for their professionalism.

They were very professional and worked with my schedule and also solved the problems I was having at both locations. I haven't been to church to check out if the stained glass window light works as it should, but assume that it does; my outside lights work just as I want them to do. Would definitely use again.

He came the same day we called, found the problem in 10 minutes, fixed it in 5, and the lights now all work.

Needed someone to check out why our 220-volt furnace receptacle melted. (We woke up to the smell of burning electrical wires and took about 2 hours for us to find where the smell was coming from in our home!) After the initial call, he (owner?) told my husband he would call us back in about 10 min.after verifying his schedule for the day. Sure enough, he called back to let us know he could come the next day because their schedule was booked. We appreciated his calling back and not leaving us hanging! He spent about 15 min. extra talking to my husband giving him ideas on what we could/should do about our problem.

Mr. Simonsen and his helper arrived in time to get his work done and not interfer with the installers. The work went well and was completed in a timely manner and to mine and the tub installer's satisfaction. Needless to say I was very pleased with Copper Creek Electric and will definately use them again.

John came out and gave me an estimate, we agreed on the work to be done and we scheduled a time. On the scheduled day employees of Cooper Creek showed up as planned and right on time completed the work in about 4hrs and left, I thought all was well and they did a great job. On further inspection I noticed somethings not working as I planned and emailed John the issue which he was very willing to resolve. After that I noticed another concern which he was willing to look at with me and we agreed on a solution and he personally resolved the issue that day. All in all they were very professional and easy to work with although we had some mis-communication about how I wanted things to work. They did leave a bit of a mess even thought the basement was an unfinished basement I would hope this is not standard.

Based on other great Angie's List reviews, I called Copper Creek Electric to fix my problem. Someone answered the phone immediately when I called, and they scheduled a service visit for the very next day. They arrived on time and fixed the problem right away. Everyone was terrific--from the person who answered the phone to the two guys who came the next day. I couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism and the way I was treated. I will definitely call them back again when I have any electrical issues!

John was easy to get in touch with and very flexible with scheduling. He was prompt, courteous and finished the job faster than expected. The outlet and flood lights are working great now. And, the final cost was less than the initial quote! How often does that happen?! I definitely recommend Copper Creek and will be using them again.

Overall, an excellent jobl On time. On budget. Very quick resolution.
