 + -1 moreThere's nothing we can do as our HOA has locked us in with this company as part of our fee so whether use them or not we still have to pay.
Description of Work: Horrible service. Our trash can sits 20 inches from the street up against our garage. When we arrived home this past Thursday, 11/3/16, they wrote with a sharpie directly on the trash can that unless we pulled the can up to the street (18 to 20 inches more) then they couldn't take our trash and left it full.

 + -1 moreTalked on phone, said that they did not bill in advance. Got a bill, took me a few days to pay, they didn't pick up my trash. Called them to find out what was going on, but they never bothered to call back. Utterly unprofessional.

 + -1 moreThese guys are on it!! They take everything I throw at them and don't leave anything behind. They are responsive and extremely nice people. I can't say enough great things about them and their drivers..Awesome!!!!

 + -1 moreThis company has NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are UNRESPONSIVE to phone calls whenever there is an issue. You are lucky to get someone to pick up the phone, and do not expect a call back if you leave a message. I have stopped doing business with them 2 months ago and am still awaiting any word on when I will get my refund.
Description of Work: (the $600 was over time, roughly $65 per quarter for 3 years). trash collection and recycling collection.

 + -1 moreThey are nothing but professional! They are very polite and courteous and doing a great thing for the environment. You don't have to separate anything, which is really great. They also pick up regular trash or large items if you arrange it with them.
Description of Work: They do weekly pick up of recyclable materials curbside.

 + -1 moreThey take a lot more stuff than the center that I used to take my recyclables to. They are very nice on the phone and very reasonably priced. They offered to give me a sign to advertise in my yard and forgot to bring it once, and they came right back over to drop it off. You don't even have to separate the trash!
Description of Work: They provided us with a metal rack that you can hang a large trash bag on to deposit your recyclable materials in. They pick up once a month. (price is $8 a month for 2 pick ups)
