+ -1 moreOverall, Mr Miller gets an "A" for his work. Due to his positive reputation, at times he was a bit slow meeting deadlines, but these were not serious problems, and he was always responsive to my concerns.
Description of Work: This local Mennonite carpenter and contractor built a very spacious two car garage for me, that also included room for a small shop. The new building is a work of art and built so solidly that I suppose a tornado would have trouble destroying it. I was able to give Mr Miller a check for $10K at the beginning based on a handshake with no contract. No contract was needed as this man's honest character and integrity is beyond dispute. I still hire him for miscellaneous jobs around the property and I'm never disappointed.
