I have been a customer of Safe ‘n Sound for many years. My system recently needed some maintenance. The office staff efficiently handled my call and I had a return call with 15 minutes. Although not an urgent matter, a technician was at our house the next day and resolved the issue. He tested it multiple times to ensure it was correct. All of the staff of Safe ‘n Sound are friendly, courteous, trustworthy, professional and responsive.

The repair was completed neatly and quickly. Our options were explained to us but there was no pressure to upgrade. Safe n Sound always provides us with friendly and knowledgeable service.

I had previously been a customer of Safe 'N Sound for both Home and Business security for many years. About three years ago, I made the foolish decision that a Cable TV provider should provide better security and home automation than a company that specializes in those services. I contacted Geoff Tillett at Safe 'n Sound, who I have know for many years when I decided to change the system. He gave me basic information and had John Harrell get in touch with me, since John and I had talked in the past about systems. Every aspect of the process from the initial call to final install and follow-up were handled to perfection! John spent time helping me determine the needed equipment and services to ensure we got the functionality we wanted at the most effective cost. Both technicians that worked on the install arrived on time, were professional, courteous, left no mess from the work they completed and asked repeatedly if I had any questions. Vince did an outstanding job explaining the use of the system to me and my family. He took time to ensure everyone including my children were comfortable the system and how to use it. John and Vince have both followed to ensure the system is functioning correctly and answer any questions.

The salesman was professional, punctual, and had the knowledge to answer all of my questions and address both needs and concerns. The installation was both timely and went smoothly. The system seems a bit pricey but was competitive with other quotes.

They were very prompt on the initial consultation appointment. On installation day they removed our old equipment and replaced it with state of the art wireless devices. Very neat and precise. They helped us pull up our system on our phones and computer and showed us how to view and control our new system remotely. Our office is now remotely monitored. Very happy with sales and service. So much so, they have also installed another system in one of our other locations.

The fellow that came out was extremely knowledgeable, capable, and nice.

Safe N Sound Security Services has a wonderful operation. I really liked the fact that they would send someone out to give you an overall estimate or would give you the choice of quarterly payments or monthly payments. They were very polite, respectful, and they did the job timely and efficient manner.
