+ -1 moreI was disappointed to spend so much and not have air conditioning that cools the office.
Description of Work: Installed heat and air in my office. New Construction. The architect was clear about our needs and they insured us they could meet those needs. The system they installed freezes up daily. I've called repeatedly for them to come and check it. Twice they showed up but didn't do anything. Now they don't even return phone calls.

+ -1 moreAir Systems did a great job on my air conditioner. They did have to replace some of the parts. But their repair was still about one-third the cost of a new unit. The worker was a good and honest guy. He had a mild tone with a caring personality. I would definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: Air Systems of East Tennessee repaired and replaced part of my air conditioning unit.
