Randy and Cindy showed up at the agreed upon time and got right to work. Roof looks brand new. Walks and driveway look terrific. Extras included cleaning mold from chimney and removing debris from above skylights.

It went very well. I hired Yellow Duck to clean exterior/siding of our home, and I am beyond thrilled with the results!! I wanted to use this business because they appeared to have good ratings. I two email requests for estimates and left three phone messages. NO RESPONSE TO ANY ATTEMPT. These people obviously don't need or want your business.

They arrived about 9:20 a.m. and were ready to go to work. We have a lot of brickwork and it had not been cleaned in quite a while. We discussed that there would probably be some mortar that would come loose so I would know ahead of time. The owner and his helper worked all day and did a fantastic job! The fence looks brand new and the bricks have not been that clean in forever. I am extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to contact Yellow Duck again.

It is rare when the business owner not only provides the estimate but also does the work. Randy was joined by his wife and a helper on the morning of my roof cleaning, and they did a very thorough job. They covered the plants surrounding the house and took great care to protect them during the cleaning process. My roof looks brand new, and I am a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

Randy and Cindy Matz would be among your top 1% of small business owners. Both are very professional in everything they do. They are excellent listeners and handle every project as if it is their property or as if you are a relative. I know that Randy and Cindy have been volunteers and leaders at their church for years. Randy was a Boy Scout troop leader and developed a team of adult volunteers which could provide the skills and expertise to help young men attain the rank of Eagle Scout. Randy is a former sales and marketing executive with Heinz Foods who after almost a full career left to found his own company, Yellow Duck. You can find someone to work on your house who may be a little lower priced, but you will be foolish to trust your home to just anyone if Randy and Cindy are available. Trust me ... that is a fact.

Randy and Cindy arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the front of the house from mildew and algae. The house looked like it had been painted when they were done. Very nice people and they covered all the bushes in front and rinsed off the windows when they were done. I would definitely use them again in the future and the price was excellent for all the work they did. Highly recommend.

It went just as Randy said it would. He and his wife spent three days doing the job. They were careful with our property, outdoor furniture, and landscape. We are very pleased with the work that was done and are happy to give them a high recommendation.

I recommend this company highly. Very professional and friendly. Pride is taken in their work and the customer receives the results. The cleaning of my house was long needed and cannot believe the difference since they came. I am so happy with the brick around the flowers beds next to the house. They even cleaned my white pots and furniture on front patio. I am happy with the whole process and results.

Contacted this company to get an estimate on cleaning my roof of moss and mildew. The owner responded promptly and came to give the estimate promptly. We missed each other on the day that he came for the estimate. (He said that he rang the door bell but I did not hear it.) He left the estimate but he did not follow up on it. I called him a couple of weeks later and he said that if they did the job, it would be after the weather got cooler. He sounded like he was not really interested in doing the job but I left it that I would like him to do it. As of today, I have not heard anything further from him. His estimate was for $1975.00. I ended up having the job done by another company for $650.00 who did the job the same way that Yellow Duck had said they would do it. I found that it is difficult to find anyone who will clean roofs.

My roof had a lot of algae and mold. It really looked disgusting. I called three companies including Yellow Duck Roof and Exterior Cleaning. I called Randy Matz (the owner). He was driving and said he would call back.....he didn't. My second contact was through their web site. I was contacted and a date set for an evaluation of my roof and an estimate. Randy was very professional. Of the three companies he was the only one to give me a written estimate. He explained the entire process. I accepted his estimate and we set the date of September 4th to have the work completed. On the 4th, Randy showed up on time with two young men who worked for him. They set up a system to capture all of the chemicals they would be rinsing off the roof and covered my plants and patio furniture. Let me tell you, my roof looks brand new! He even cleaned some mold off my chimney, cleaned my skylights and the exterior of the gutters. I couldn't be happier with what was accomplished.

Randy and his crew did a fantastic job. I was most impressed that they did not use a pressure washer but did all the cleaning by hand. They covered all the plantings next to the house before spraying the cleaning solution and then proceeded to scrub away all the dirt and mildew. My house actually sparkles! The;y even managed to channel the run-off from the roof cleaning to the drainage ditch next to the house. I couldn't be more pleased. i will definitely use them again.

Ever since we moved into this house a couple of years ago, the buildup of dirt and moss/fungus on our roof and brick has bothered me. I finally decided to get my roof cleaned of the unsightly black fungus and moss. I found this company on Angie's List and checked out their website. I called and left a message with Randy, and his son, Adam, came out right away and gave me an estimate. I also asked for an estimate for cleaning my walkway, patio, and driveway. (We added the chimney when they got here). After talking with another company, I decided to go with Yellow Duck because I knew they were following the proper protocol for roof cleaning recommended by the shingle manufacturers. I found the price reasonable for the amount of work and so decided to have them do all the cleaning at once. We made an appointment for a couple of weeks in the future and they called the day before to verify, then they showed up promptly and got right to work. They are a very nice family operation..Randy, Cindy, and Adam all worked very hard from 10 am to about 4:30 on a very large job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, Randy made sure to tell me of any problems he found with gutters, drainage, etc. so I would know to get them fixed. They were very careful with the wastewater from the roof not to drain it into my yard, plants, or underground drains. There is no sign they were here..except my house is spotless!

A family operation all the way.We called for an estimate and the owner, randy , came the second day.When we made the appointment to do the job, it was a couple of weeks later due to his volume of business. The day of the appointment came and even though it was raining pretty hard, they arrived on time and got right to work.Randy, his wife , Cindy and their son were all on the site.They worked all morning and into the mid afternoon.Great job!It looks like all new surfaces!I couldn't be happier with the work.The price was pretty good as far as I'm concerned too. They came 5 days later and sealed the rocks around the pool.Again, great job and the materials look perfect. I would highly recommend Randy and his family company, Yellow Duck, to anyone!

Randy came out immediately after I called him for service to get an estimate. He scheduled me at once since I am having some repairs and painting done to put my house up for sale. They were supposed to come on Monday but it rained so we rescheduled for Thursday PM. Randy, Cindy and a coworker showed up on time and proceeded to cover all of my plants with tarps or plastic. They are so careful that it took longer than I thought it would but it was perfect. They are very nice people to work with.
