I have an older model security door (1998) that the key broke off inside the lock. I called on January 4th and spoke to a very nice lady (found out she is the owner) and she asked if I could text her a photo of the door and lock. She wanted to make sure it could be fixed due to the age of the door/lock. She called me in approximately 5 minutes after I sent the photo. I scheduled the appointment for January 5th. The office called to advise me that the locksmith was delayed on a previous appointment by 15 minutes. In 15 minutes, the locksmith called me and advised he was on the way and his GPS said he would arrive in 21 minutes. He was able to save me money on the original quote by using an older model lock that he had! That's always a plus!!!! It took about 20 minutes start to finish! This is a family owned business and it was the son who fixed my lock. Super nice young man! Excellent customer service!

I called The Lockman on Fri afternoon 3/27. I explained that I needed a lock set changed out and rekeyed. I double checked that they had Sat hours which they do. I also explained that I was located in Piperton and wondered if it wuld be an extra charge. The gentleman I spoke with said he thought it would be extra but not sure how much. He told me either his boss or someone else would call me that afternoon or in the morning and discuss a time for them to come on Sat. I gave him 3 different numbers he could contact me at. No one ever called and no one came. This is the first time I have used Angies list and I am very disappointed. I chose the vendor with the most positive ratings and it was a bust.

I called The LockMan at 2:00 PM and they were there by 4:20 PM. They were very professional and friendly. They removed the old Dexter knobs and installed and rekeyed the new locks to work on my house key. They were quick and efficient. They offered a lot of information about doors and locks. The price was very good and they gave me a discount on the rekeys. The parts and labor are warrantied for as long as I own the house. I'm very satisfied and glad I did business with them and glad I subscribed to Angie's List because it made it easy to find an excellent contractor.

Great Service! Called on Saturday morning and locksmith arrived by 10:00 a.m. same day with no extra weekend service charge. He was very friendly and professional, checked all the locks before he started and advised me of the changes and services needed. Will use again!

Excellence experience with the Lockman. This is the second time I have used them for the same service. They came the day I called so very responsive. They even called to ask if they could come earlier than originally estimated which was a great convenience for me. The job was done right the first time. The tech swept up afterwards. I tested all the locks and they all work well. I recommend without hesitation.
