Stanley Steemer

I have used Stanley Steemer many times I’m the past, but not from this location in Cordova. Our technician, Ethan, arrived on time and we showed him the rooms, hallway and stairs to be cleaned. He asked if there were any spots and I showed him 2 in one of the rooms. We have a desk in one room and I assumed (first mistake) that all small furniture would be moved and plastic or blocks put beneath the legs to avoid transfer of stains onto the carpet. Ethan said he could not move the desk due to the computer on it, so we removed it. We do not follow contractors from room To room when they are working (second mistake), so we paid $220 when he was finished, only to discover he had moved NONE of the furniture (no bed, desk, chair or other furniture that was always moved in the past had been moved). I understand dressers and bookcases, but not the smaller items. This was a very expensive cleaning given that he didn’t move anything at all- so none of the rig beneath the furniture pieces were cleaned. Very disappointed and very expensive. The only thing Ethan DID move was a plastic carpet protector that was under the desk. Since it sat on the floor, it wasn’t exactly clean, but he decided to put it on top of an upholstered piece of furniture.

We could not be more satisfied with the overall service which was prompt, efficient and clean. The technicians, Vincent Clay and Lieutenant Carroll, were professional, polite and friendly. We will definitely use Stanley Steemer service again.

We ended up using another company that we used in the past, but the scheduling, price, etc., was great.

.I used them when I moved in. They cleaned all the carpets, hardwood floors, tile floors and some chairs.

Cleaners were quick, on time and professional. Service was great.

I was not informed they did not move beds. One small bedroom contained a full size bed and a baby crib, they refused to move either item and this took up 2/3 the room. They refused to offer a discount since the carpet area they cleaned was only one third of the room

Job well done, especially on the dining room chairs.

Very professional, did well except one spot that they weren't able to remove. Moved furniture and replaced it.

They did a good job. They brought in blowers and soaked up the water. They left the blowers running for 3-4 days. They were very professional throughout the entire process.

Guys were friendly and did a good job no up sell,easy to work with guys equipment really pulled out some dirt as the fellas showed me how much my carpet really needed cleaning,,,wow appt time was 2-4 they showed up at 5,dispatcher was way off the mark however ill use them again

They were prompt when picking up and dropping off the rug to my home. It looks and smells great!

2 man crew (David and Eric) showed up on time and were exceptionally professional in all aspects. Drove a new van packed with specialized equipment. Placed a mat at the front door and wore protective coverings over their shoes. Listened to what I wanted done and quickly sized up the job. Gave me a quote which included a 15% discount and got to work. Both men worked diligently with some good equipment (all they needed from me was to connect to my outside water faucet). Once they were finished, my carpet looked and smelled great! Will definitely use these guys again!

I made the appointment on line. I received a confirming e-mail the same day. I received a reminder e-mail three days before the appointment and a confirming phone call when the truck was on it's way. Eric and Billy introduced themselves and got right to work. When they were done, the carpets looked beautiful. I was concerned about some stains in the carpet, but they came right out. The only problem was they left the carpeting wet. I had ceiling and floor fans running for eight hours to dry the carpeting out. Bottom line....I got very clean carpets at a good price. If you use Stanley Steemer make sure the crew spends enough time removing the cleaning solution from the carpet.

I will never ever use them again. They should quoted me prior to the telephone and it's about two and half more worth than what they had told me on the phone. They have two men weren't hardly or the half and would not go back in the room was cleaning and I didn't like what people are doing when they are in the high end. These two guys you can tell they were working really quickly that where the guy was cleaning. He cleaned my carpet and steamed cleaned this one and make forward and he stopped what he did. The bottom line was I had some money put up and I went to get my money and my money was gone. I reported it to them and they have no problem identifying the guys.

Stanley Steemer came to my house to look at a part of a carpet that had gotten wet due to a leak from an upstairs room. I was ready for them to do the work but then he started going over the pricing and how it was broken out. He said they charge $27.00 plus to move the furniture. I told him that the sofa was very light along with the coffee table and since there was only a small area of the carpet that was wet, I would simply push the sofa and coffee table out of the way. It would literally take me 30 seconds to do it. I would not pay $27.00 for them to move it, but was more than happy to pay for the services that I did want, like drying the carpet. He got very upset and angry that I wanted to move the furniture myself. I started feeling harrassed and told him and his partner to leave and I would find someone else to deal with the carpet. He told me I owe them $99.00 for them showing up. I didn't pay and will deal with it at their corporate level. No way should customers be treated this way.

Cleaned carpet well....looks like new. Much better than the other carpet cleaner that I have used.

The team arrived on time and did a professional job. I was pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

They came in to clean my tile flooring. They guys were very polite and professional. They came went over with me what they would be doing, took care of my floors and left. No muss no fuss. I will use Stanley Steemer often and refer often.. They were great!

We had our entire downstairs cleaned, as well as our stairway and upstairs hall. These guys were very professional and courteous. I was impressed with their customer service. They cleaned the carpet thoroughly and in a timely manner. They were in and out in an hour or so. They knew what they were doing.

I like that they were prompt, courteous and thorough. They did fine.

Very good overall. I recalled the technician for a couple of areas of grout that needed an additional cleaning. The technician cheerfully returned to perform the recleaning. All work was performed on time and within estimate.
