Description of Work: Hall bath commode had auger (snake) stuck in bowl extending out of the bowl. Tried to turn and extract. Cable was too bound up to extract. Had to pull toliet up - Remove cable - Tested commode flush outside after removing cable to check trapway for roughness. Scour scratches out of bowl - clean flange, toilet, horn, and base. Installed new wax ring and bolts. Reseat toilet and caulk at base. Reinstall 3/8 inch PEX water tube with new ferrulles & cone washer % friction ring. Tested reinstalled commode - flushes well - leak tested - no leaks. Caulked with silicone caulk at base.

He called my wife to verify she would be home and worked with her to schedule the most convenient time. He has previously replaced my water heater, and did an excellent job; his son even swept out my basement!
Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer line from house to street, including running a long distance with multiple blades. Also snaked clogged drains in bathrooms, and repaired sink faucet
