+ -1 moreI have used this company for about 10 years. I've had no issues with the equipment or monitoring. However, I'm sure the technology has improved over the past ten years. The company seems happy to sit back and continue the 5-year (automatically renewing) contract without reviewing customer needs periodically. In other words, I have had no contact with them in 10 years except for monitoring calls. They were disappointed when I changed service w/o contacting them first. I'm changing to a and quot;no contractand quot; wireless alarm service that can grow/change as needed by me.
Description of Work: Hard-wired residential alarm & monitoring.
