Prestige Delivery & Moving Services

IO Metro furniture store suggested Prestige to deliver the furniture that I purchased there. I called Prestige and left a message and received a call back later in the day to schedule a delivery date. On the delivery date they were to come between 12 pm and 3 pm. I called them at 3:45 and they did not have my name on their schedule. They did apologize and rescheduled for 4 days later. They called that day and said they would be early. They arrived and carried in all of the furniture, but they did not have the tools to attach the table legs. I loaned them tools and after an hour or so they were done. The fee was more than I had been quoted when I called and after they called the owner the original quote was honored. Overall, it was a satisfactory service, but I was not wowed.
