+ -1 moreI was sucked in by the promises and nice words. But the job became an exercise in endurance. We finally got another subcontractor in to move the job along but after 8 weeks, there's still finish work to do. Guess I'll put up the light fixtures and a/c -heating covers myself. All this plus upfront payments for tile, grout, etc. Buyer beware...

+ -1 moreTub is too complicated for old person to operate and no instruction booklet. One sheet of copy paper It took over 3 months and probably 10 service calls to keep it working and still does strange things!
